📖I met these clients through one of my listings, and they immediately wanted me to be their Realtor and represent them. I've personally decided to avoid double ending deals even though I would get paid double, as I feel both the Seller and the Buyer deserve full representation. I cannot represent the buyer as a client when I'm already representing the seller, so I referred them to a fellow Realtor friend. Unfortunately, and fortunately, they decided the home I had listed was not the right fit. I was able to represent them and help them find their first home :)
