The less we calibrate and test that muscle, in playing and selecting, staying present - we’re still receiving all the energy, but it may be too much to balance, we’re less able to let it all flow. I suppose this is true of any practice and the foundation. Movement and stagnation, slow or fast, life is only death in motion. Music and dance is expression beyond an individual, we fuse with it and learn to flow.”
