In this role, you’ll take the lead on day-to-day condo operations, working independently while maintaining clear, professional communication with Boards and Residents. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and vendor work, enforcing bylaws and policies, managing budgets and capital projects, and facilitating board meetings.
