The plane has taken off and I am in this zone of thought thousands of feet up in the air on my way to Costa Rica.
~thinking about how excited I am to find the edge of the ocean so I can finally feel like I have something that can hold my energy.
I had a healer once tell me I was all water.
Some are fire, some are air, ect.
But me… I am all water.
He went on to share that is why i crave the edge of the ocean. Because I can finally feel at home and safe because the edge of the ocean is the sense of the waters container.
The water needs a container or the water feels unsupported, unsafe and with no ability to anchor.
( I’m the water )
And so here I am ..
Up here in the ethers.. literally in the ethers… and I can already feel the ocean calling me, whispering to me.. soon
Deep breath… soon you will anchor.

Then my mind begins dreaming and dropping in to see the codes and symbols that I am meant to grid on the land to help restore Gaia’s blueprint while asking my guides to show me what the energy of Costa Rica is and how to allow myself to surrender to it, and awaken it within me.
Feeling into the opportunity of soul growth once again.. wandering soul (o) and letting my feet follow spirits compass.

And then.. I hear a baby cry in the back row and it snaps me back into being right here and right now where all of the sudden i hear the gentle invite one of my besties offered me before leaving… she said
“Lisa, can you just go on vacation. Like just read a smutty novel and go have some fun.”

And so with that… message Received .. sacred gridding, sun coding and soul anchoring with a few page turns of so called smutty novel.

balance ⚖️

this is what we are being asked to embody…

the balance of allowing yourself to heal while living and experiencing this life

the balance of creating while integrating

the balance of being open to receiving while seeing what you already have received

the balance of seeing what is surrounding you while seeing what is within you

the balance of inspired action for manifesting with the energetic softness of knowing it is already here

the balance of hearing the thoughts while allowing heart to have a voice

~through this balance we truly experience all layers of this beautiful journey called life

when the scales tip, and we live too much in one; we create chaos within the mind. Dissatisfaction within the heart.

So here is a sacred invitation
~choose to know what is out of balance and choose to turn inwards to ask how you can bring balance back to your soul

There is the opportunity to be raw and real with who we are and what we desire right now.
The opportunity to be in our truth.
Speak it.
Understand it.
Protect it.

This truth of who we are, and what we hold within our hearts is the pathway to discovering what is truly possible for us.

Our soul often will asks us to look inwards. To bring light to the shadow; the aspects of self we are denying.
Here within we can allow our truth to whisper its wisdom.

To be raw and real in this life, first comes from being raw and real with ourselves. Asking ourselves where we are living outside of our truth.

Asking where we are not allowing our truth to be heard.

Our emotions speak to where we are denying ourselves the medicine of living in our truth.

What parts within are asking for you to listen?
What is the essence of your truth?
What lives within, that is in disconnect with your truth?

To find peace. ..To find the depth and joy and fulfillment that is always available to us; we need to allow this truth to be felt, expressed and experienced .
…and then to protect it. Your truth is your power.
It’s time to know it.
Time to own it.
And time to exist in it.

Soften| Surrender
This is what I have been hearing..

Soften into trust, soften into my body,
Soften into my path and soften into the unknown.
To completely surrender to what is unfolding.
There is no need to overthink; it will be exactly as it is meant to be.

There is no need to rush, i will find the way in the divine timing it is meant to be found.

There is no need to to hold fear, only to feel it, knowing as I do this inner work, I will soften more into the truth of who I am, and what is available to me.

As I choose to soften I am choosing to know; that I am safe to let spirit lead.
Spirit knows what I desire.
Today I choose to soften and surrender; for I know that is when i can be led to the path that my soul came to find.
