One side of beef will be available as from Oct 6, 2023. The farm will be cutting, packing etc on the previous day. That one side would be about 250lbs, net. PM me if you are interested and i will send you the $/lb. Thanks.

We will be delivering to Fort Mcmurray this coming week (between Jan 24 and 27). We have the following:
- elk steaks (tenderloin, striploin, ribeye and sirloin)
- ground beef and roasts
- swordfish steaks
