Modern Whisk Crêpes!
For perfect weekend breakfast, you’ll need:
• 250g Modern Whisk Pancake & Waffle Mix
• 150g eggs (3 large)
• 500g milk (2 cups)
• 50g melted butter (about 1/4 cup)
1. Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature.
2. Whisk liquids together until smooth; add in pancake & waffle mix and blend until there are no lumps.
• you can also use a blender to mix!
3. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes and up to 2-hours in the fridge.
4. Pour a ladle full of batter into a hot prepared crêpe pan, tilting the pan to cover the bottom with a thin layer.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crêpe and brown the second side. The second side will only brown slightly.
6. Slide the crêpe onto a plate. Continue making crêpes and stacking them as they are finished.
Fill with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Each batch makes approximately 11 crêpes 12” in diameter.

☔ And an incredible turnout at in Calgary despite the rain. Our good friend popped in for a hug n’ chuckle as the streets quickly filled with those of you who showed up!
