Blinded by dreams, I started this adventure thinking there would be so much support for good, healthy food options for my friends and their families. But alas, reality has a way of showing you not all dreams come true.

Walking on the land noticing
There are little signs of season changes everywhere

The air feels different
Strong, cool winds
Yet, a hint of warmth from the sun

There's movement all around

Listening
Sounds that are far
Sounds that are near

Looking above
Look beside and behind
Look down

The ones with wings are returning
The beings that live in the earth have been emerging
The insects are active on the ground and in the air
Colourful spots of beauty pushing through the snow pressed grasses of last year

Deep breath
Smile

Hints that this season is Spring 🌷
