I remember when work used to take almost all of my time. As an immigrant parent, I honestly thought that was just how life was going to be here in Canada , work every day and wait until retirement to finally enjoy life.

Now, I’m just thankful for simple moments like this… spending a Monday afternoon walking and biking with my daughter ❤️

Sharing this because I know a lot of parents are doing their best right now. Just know that things can change, and there are other ways to create more time for the people you love most. 🙌
