February has been a busy month in the healing space! I’m feeling beyond grateful for the opportunity to do what I love while helping so many amazing clients recharge, release, align and achieve peace in their bodies. This work truly lights me up! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

My Bakers Creek Heirloom Seeds arrived today!! Gotta get an early start on what’s likely to be a shorter growing season.
The new medicine garden will take a couple years to establish and gardening in Central Alberta is going to be very different but I’m up for the challenge! Winters are a little colder and longer than I’m used too so let’s just say, I’m pretty stoked for the snow to melt so I can really get my hands dirty.
