This is one of my favourite pictures of my son when he was little and saw how windy it was outside and wanted to try and fly! This was his "flying suit" he personally created and I got to have a front row seat to watching him attempt his first flight ❤️Isn't one of the roles of a mother, helping their kids' dreams take flight? Let’s be real—moms are superhuman.

They’ve mastered the art of buckling in a toddler mid-meltdown—whether that kid has gone full limp-noodle or rigid-like-a-board mode.

They’ve passed snacks from the front seat to the back without ever looking, rocked shopping carts so often that they still sway in the grocery store… even when they're blissfully shopping solo.

They’ve created the kind of traditions that stick: crepe paper on bedroom doors, cinnamon buns on birthdays, and that one special song they always play on road trips.

They’ve survived 3 km bike rides that took two hours, involved pushing, carrying, bargaining—and sometimes all three at once.

They’ve woken up early just to sip coffee in peace, then stayed up late helping with math homework or being that safe place for a late-night heart-to-heart.

They’ve racked up thousands of kilometers in minivans (or, for the cool moms—SUVs😉), crossing the city to get kids to practices, playdates, and parties.
