Are you a seasoned Plumbing and HVAC Technician who knows your way around complex building systems? We’re looking for a Preventative Maintenance Lead to join Mega Hydronics — someone who can do more than just fix problems… they can spot them early and recommend smart solutions.
We’re seeking a professional with:
✅ Experience in both plumbing and HVAC systems
✅ Confidence navigating entire high-rise or multi-unit buildings
✅ A strong eye for identifying and documenting system deficiencies
✅ Ability to support quoting and long-term planning through BuildOps
🌟 Engineering experience and A Gas Ticket are major assets
💼 $60–$70/hr based on experience
💰 1.5% commission on approved quotes
🚐 Company vehicle & phone (if applicable)
🩺 Benefits, $200 boot allowance, and gym membership
📍 Based in Burnaby | Serving the Lower Mainland
