24.3 and the end of the crossFit Open. I am so grateful for the ability to participate and even accomplish many RX movements over the past 3 weeks. I am even more stoked that, along with the incredible community , I was able to participate with my Mom Wendy. She gave it her all, and I am so proud that she had the courage to step up and lay it all out on the floor!! I am looking forward to continuing to build strength and comraderie together, both in and outside of the gym!!
