Not done these for a while.
Todays leg day was posterior chain focused.
WU Spin bike
3x10 Romanian split squats (bodyweight)
DB RDL 3 working sets 8-10 reps
Plate overhead walking lunges 8 each leg x4.
Smith donkey kicks 3x 10
Lying leg curl 3x 8-12
Abductor 5x 10-20 reps
Adductor 3x 10-20 reps
At home Chest, shoulders and biceps.
Stability ball DB press
Press ups
DB press
Lat raises
Bent Over rear delt raises
Cross body curls
Brutal finisher of 100 weighted punches each side.
Day 7 . . Sticking with it!
Day 6 - this is proving to be more difficult than I anticipated. I’m spending a lot of time on my knees.
