Long over due pics from Caymans! Which I’ve been procrastinating on posting… Caymans is always a good time ✌️Flights are typically cheap but hotels and Air BNBs are expensive. The Cayman dollar is worth MORE than USD so be prepared to spend money 💰 totally worth it though - night life, beaches sight seeing lots to do and see on this small island!

Taking a minute to wish all of you in Canada a very happy Thanksgiving! Hope you are enjoying time with family and friends.
The older that I get the more I realize there are many little things to be grateful for - its easy to forget or simply ideate on the negative.
I am thankful to be healthy and able to workout and participate in life without any pain.
I am thankful I am an auntie - my nephew is the most adorable child.
Thankful and grateful for my family near and far.
And incredibly grateful to our many clients that have walked through the doors at RGX (or Hourglass Workout) throughout the past decade. So many great and valuable friendships have spawned from our little community...
