This and no stress. 🌿 Connect with nature this summer through RBG’s wellness programs in the gardens and natural spaces:   • NEW! Forest Therapy — Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, slow down, reconnect, and experience the restorative power of nature. • NEW! Sound Journeys — Through the harmonious use of singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, layers of resonant sound create calming soundscapes that help quiet the mind and release tension. • Yoga at the Gardens — Stretch, strengthen, breathe, and practice mindfulness with Hatha yoga surrounded by the beauty of the gardens.   Spaces are filling quickly, register in advance through the link in our bio.  

I’m thrilled to announce that I’m collaborating with ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS to offer outdoor sound sessions!💐🎉✨

One-hour, evening sessions will run some Wednesdays and Sundays July-September 2026, at Hendrie Park.
