Start talking and start doing.

You can practice your affirmations, you can bring forward new ideas but if you don’t have the best language with yourself TO yourself it ain’t gonna work. I’m not talking about your vocabulary, I’m talking about the type of words you use. What does it actually sound like?

“I’m so capable of this.”
“I am worth trying again”
“It’s not easy but I’m built tough”

Or..... I’m guilty of it too.

“I wasn’t able to hit my goal in this period of time”
“I’m stuck”
“It’ll never happen”

THE WORDS YOU CHOSE FOR YOURSELF MATTER. In fact they matter more than the ones you chose for other people.

Let’s talk about something - Life is 10% what happened to you and 90% what you do about it. God gives you imagination so you can have your own preview. YOUR OWN LIFE PREVIW OF THE THINGS YOU WILL HAVE. Want to kill confidence? Tell your goals and dreams to a small minded person.
