“Teacher, I’m grateful for you!”
✨✨✨
Teachers are a gift and deserve to be thought of and appreciated as the school year comes to a close. This year my children gifted their teachers with this gorgeous gratitude journal. They were so very well received! If you have kids, what did they gift their teachers? If you’re a teacher, what has been your favourite gift to receive?

You got this 💪🏼
✨✨✨
You just have to keep believing! And as my four year old loves to say, “we never give up!”

Have you heard it takes 21 days to form a new habit? 21 days is a myth! It was a misinterpretation of the data. What the study actually discovered was that it was a minimum of 21 days but on average, it takes 66 days!
✨✨✨
Creating a new habit is hard. I know. I’ve been there, I am there. But we choose our hard right? It’s up to us to create the life we want to live.
✨✨✨
Some new habits I’m trying to create right now are:
1. Skin care routine am AND pm lol. I always do one, but I need to do both!
2. Make my bed everyday (I struggle with this! Lol! Maybe because I was made to do it as a kid so it’s my tiny act of rebellion as an adult haha. Or maybe it’s just because I have so many things to do each day, that it seems like the easiest one to ignore?
3. Journal everyday! I do this often, but not everyday. There’s so many mental health benefits to journaling daily.
✨✨✨
One thing I’ve come to learn is that you just need to do it. Don’t tell yourself a workout has to be an hour long. Just do it, even 5 minutes. Consistency is key and if you train yourself to just do it, even for a bit, your brain will catch on. Are you currently trying to create any new habits for yourself? Let me know in the comments!
Light and love,
Ash xx
