As I wait on the CBO for final inspection, I actually stopped to take some pictures of this summer project. Turned a dilapidated old wood shed turned garage into a stunning, large, 2 truck garage complete with basement entrance, mudroom, laundry room, hunting closet and new front porch. Many thanks to Ron Nickason Construction Ltd for excavating and sub trades, Grey Bruce Construction for foundation, Grey County Concrete for floors and sidewalk, Grey Bruce Builders for framing, Jamie Kennedy Contrafting for drywall, Above All Doors for the garage doors and installation and Miller's Home Building Centre and Van Dolder's Custom Exteriors for materials. Oh, and Zevenbergens for being great customers. And I guess Moe, Mandy, Skip and Keisha for working on this beauty too.

Some pictures of a project we tackled over the winter. Very modern and unique.

Some progression photos of a bathroom reno with a new custom shower. Replaced an old giant whirlpool bath tub, dated vanity and toilet. Complete with electric in floor heat, and heated shower bench. Paint, plumbing trims and shower glass soon to finish things up. And a bud light to reward Mackenzie on his first shower.
