Hope everybody had a great weekend! It was a very busy weekend for us and just realizing now we forgot to post an update about Sebastian’s echo with the radiology specialist.

Fantastic news - no HCM and his heart is great. Sebastian has very minor mitral valve insufficiency 🙌. It is recommended to have yearly scans just to make sure nothing changes, but this is a really great outcome for a Sphynx with a heart murmur.

Sharing a copy of the specialist’s report for those who are interested as well as the invoice from Sebastian‘s visit for transparency.

Now that we are all in the clear, Sebastian, along with his brother Ezra, will be available for adoption soon. Keep your eyes open for their upcoming adoption announcement!

It’s been a very busy week for our nudists. Sebastian, along with 2 of my own cats Osiris & Isis Cleocattra, had the pleasure of working on set filming a commercial for a new cat wheel. All of the cats did amazing, but Sebastian totally stole the spotlight running that wheel like the wind!

Shout out goes to the folks at Runestone Pictures for being so fantastic with all of the cats, and especially all the extra pets, treats and snuggles.

Compensation for our cats appearances in this commercial will be used to help with the cost of Sebastian’s echo.

We are so so excited to see the final result and will definitely share a link to the video when it is available! For now here are a few photos of our movie stars working the cameras 🎥

A little update on my main squeeze Sebastian 💜. He was diagnosed with a heart murmur with his previous family. They performed an echocardiogram to make sure he did not have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). The great news was he only had a minor heart condition that did not require any type of medication. It has been almost a year since Sebastian has had his heart checked and with a heart condition, it is recommended to check at least once a year so we had a referral sent to see our radiology specialist.

Sebastian has an appointment scheduled to see Dr. Brown on Wednesday morning. Dr. Brown and his amazing team have also seen two of our other Sphynx and I know they are secretly excited to meet one more of our nakies.

We will definitely post an update after his appointment on Wednesday and if we get a thumbs up, Sebastian and his brother Ezra, will be available for adoption.

Miss Veda (aka Naked Grandma) is still looking for her forever family. Veda is 10 years young and looking for a nice calm retirement home to live out her golden years.

Veda is the ultimate cuddler and loves curling up in your lap for a good Netflix binge watching session.  She is quite the chatty gal and we love her little old lady voice so much. She is absolutely obsessed with food and has no qualms stealing anything off an unattended plate.

She is currently being fostered at rescue headquarters and is in gen pop with the rest of our crew, however, she would prefer per retirement home have less hustle and bustle. She also does well with our quiet, low energy dogs in the home. Grandma is with several other cats as well, however, she is a bit sassy and will definitely tell the other cats (vocally) when she is displeased with them so any cats in a new home need to be calm & respectful of her old lady energy.

Veda had her vaccinations updated with one of our Rescue vets and does not have a heart murmur 🙌. She did have a dental last year, with extractions, and currently does have a fractured canine tooth but this does not need to be as it has been like this for many years and is not causing any issues.

Our adoption fee for Veda is $500. She has had her core vaccines updated, bloodwork, routine parasite control, is microchipped and comes with a free trial of pet insurance.

It has been a while since we have made a post about the nakeds currently in our care as I have been focusing on my own animals who have been in palliative care over the past few months.

Sebastian and Ezra have been doing amazing. They recently had a visit with one of our wonderful vets at Kent Veterinary Clinic and quickly made the staff fall in love with them.

Both boys loved meeting everyone and were perfect for their visit. Neither of them even noticed they were getting their vaccines because they were so happy to get all the extra love and attention.

Here are a few photos of the boys from their appointment. Sebastian and Ezra were both given two thumbs up from the vet and will be available for adoption together soon.

🌟 Purr-fect Update on Baby Nyx! 🌟

We’re so excited to share a wonderful family update—baby Nyx has transitioned into her new home and with her new humans at lightning speed! 🖤🐾

She’s settling in beautifully, already feeling right at home and thriving with her new family members. Nyx is full of confidence, curiosity, and affection—and she simply cannot get enough of her humans! From cuddles to playtime, she’s soaking up every moment and giving so much love right back.

This little girl is truly shining, and we couldn’t be happier with how amazing her transition has been. 💫
