I’ve relapsed, yes. I’ve stumbled, felt the weight of shame, and questioned myself. But I haven’t given up. I am still here, still fighting, still choosing recovery.

Relapse is not failure—it’s a reminder that we are human. Every step back is also a chance to step forward, stronger and wiser than before. Today, I brush off the shame and keep walking the path of sobriety, one day at a time.

If you’re struggling, know this: it’s okay to fall. What matters is that you get back up. Keep going. Keep trying. Keep believing.
