Dis or Dat takes on Tender Buff 🦬🍽️ and it’s a first for our hostess, Tida, trying all-organic buffalo! Our plates consisted of tenderloin with mash and steamed veg, a smashed double-patty burger, and classic rice & beans with coleslaw and buffalo shanks. It was three bites, three vibes, and plenty flavor to go around.
