The Security Association of Botswana will on Thursday hand over a report to the Minister of Labour and Home Affairs outlining their concerns and challenges in the wake of the government’s intention to insource security services.

Chairperson of the association Samuel Ketlogetswe says the government made the decision without consulting the industry, arguing that it was based on the actions of a few non-compliant companies, which he describes as unfair.

They have decided to engage government so that it can hear their concerns and address the matter with input from all affected parties.
