What We Offer:
Commission-Based Income with Unlimited Potential:
• 60%–70% Commission Share on gross commission income received (based on experience and performance)
• Alternatively, for a standard basic subsistence salary: a lower commission share rate commensurate with the basic
• Monthly Performance Bonus:
o P750 bonus for achieving monthly premium targets
o Additional P1,000–P5,000 tiered incentives for exceeding targets
• Annual Recognition & Awards for top performers (cash, trips, certificates)
• Lucrative Car Purchase Scheme
Training & Development:
• In-house training for COP and all other courses towards CFP
• Ongoing product, sales, and compliance training
• Mentorship by industry veterans

• Pathway to becoming a Senior Consultant, Team Leader, or Franchise Agent
• Opportunities to cross-sell Offshore, Unit Trusts, General Insurance, Medical, and Pension products

Minimum Requirements:
✅ Botswana citizen or permanent resident,
✅ For non-citizens: subject to obtaining relevant work and residency permits
✅ Certificate or diploma in Insurance, Sales, or Finance (preferred)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Self-motivated and target-oriented
✅ Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
