Are we simply waiting on GOD, or are we waiting on GOD with expectation? There is a difference. Waiting without expectation can make it feel like the good things we desire are being delayed. And when that delay continues, it can begin to feel like denial. Feeling denied can lead to discouragement, and discouragement can cause us to drift away from GOD - but that will not be our portion. We will wait with faith, patience, trust, joy, and peace. We will wait with expectancy, trusting that GOD is faithful and will fulfill HIS promises in HIS perfect time.🙏🏽👏🏽PRAISE-POWER

My FATHER, let me not be led astray by false voices. Give me a discerning spirit. Let YOUR Word be like fire in my life. Purity, refine and transform me into the image of CHRIST. Burn away every sin, impurity, pride, stubbornness, and anything within me that is not pleasing to YOU. Teach me humility, holiness, and reverence before YOU.

Let YOUR Word be like a mighty hammer in my life. Destroy everything that hinders me from living right in YOUR sight. Demolish every stronghold, snare, addiction, obstacle, and evil resistance that opposes YOUR will. In JESUS' name. Amen!🙏🏽

The fall of humanity did not begin with open rebellion. It began with DISTRACTION. That distraction opened the door to deception, disobedience and disaster. For Samson, it was Delilah. For Joseph’s brothers, it was envy. For Lot’s wife, it was what she looked back at. For David, it was desire and compromise. For Cain, it was anger and jealousy. Each one was pulled away by a different distraction that led to disobedience and negative consequences.
