Sermon on: LIVING AN IMPACTFUL LIFE, IN THIS WICKED WORLD (summary)

Texts: 1 John 4:1-21, 1 John 5:19.

Some of the characteristics of someone who wants to live an impactful life in God's Righteousness are:

1. Possessing the Wisdom of God's Word (Romans 16:19).

2. You must be obedient to God's Word (Isaiah 1:19, Roman 16:19, Roman 12:16-21).

3. Understanding the heart of man.
—This can only be achieved through the ministration of the Holy Spirit (Jeremiah 17:9-10, Jeremiah 9:7-10).

4. Yield yourself to the leading of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:13-16, Roman 8:26-27).

5. Pursue doing good all your life.
—Remember the Bible recorded that "Jesus went about doing good".
—When you help, help pursues you.

NOTES:
—True Success is making people arrive at God's plan for their lives.
—Experience is not the best teacher, the Word of God is.

Prayers:
–Pray for the Spirit of Discernment, the Holy Spirit will always point out the error in that voice that you're not supposed to obey.

(we are aware that there are two voices in the heart of man, recognizing that which is of God requires the help of God through the Holy Spirit).
