Just closed on our first project in Nashville! Located in Brentwood, this 10,000 sg ft home on a 10 acre lot has great bones, but needs some serious cosmetic upgrades. We are excited to be working with the great designer to help us bring a little bit of our style, look and feel to Tennessee! Keep an eye out for our updates and some great before and afters as we transform this one.

Patrician way, Pasadena Project Update - Top is the current home and the bottom is a rendering for the approximate new look. We are going to transform this mish mosh Spanish style home (original house was a mid century that they turned Spanish when adding the second story) into a much more modern contemporary style.
