French has always been my favorite language to write in. There is something poetic, musical and beautifully imperfect about it that keeps drawing me back.

Creating this album has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I'm incredibly grateful that so many of you have embraced it.

The title "Depuis le jour où l'on est né" comes from a line in Rebelles à raison, one of the most personal songs I've ever written. It's a song about self-acceptance, resilience and staying true to who you are, regardless of what the world expects you to be. It is also the French adaptation of "Rebels With A Cause", the very first song I ever released as Fallenium.

For me, Fallenium has never been just about a stage name. It's a philosophy.

It's about finding strength in kindness. Finding courage in curiosity. Remaining open-minded enough to learn every day while humble enough to realize you'll never know everything. It's about questioning, exploring, staying critical, staying philosophical, and discovering beauty not only in perfection, but also in flaws, contradictions and imperfection.

That's what this album is about.

And because the album was released on my birthday, this title felt like the perfect way to celebrate both where I came from and where I'm going.
