We designed, manufactured, and installed a central communication and storage platform 💪

✅ The platform enables pallet storage at height
✅ Provides a safe and functional access walkway
✅ The entire steel structure was hot-dip galvanized for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
✅ The platform surface was made with steel grating and covered with checker plate flooring
✅ The project was preceded by 3D laser scanning 📡 to avoid collisions and ensure a perfect fit within the existing facility

BAS-TECH is currently carrying out the installation of a system-based platform structure designed to maximize the available space and improve the functionality of the facility.

At the initial stage of the project, our team performed a precise 3D laser measurement to verify the available area, analyze the site conditions, and select the most suitable system solution.

The structure is based on cold-formed steel profiles, ensuring high strength, stability, and efficient installation. The platform will be partially used for storage purposes, while another section will be developed into a functional workspace with staff facilities.

This project combines storage optimization with workspace development — delivered with precision, planning, and professional ex*****on by BAS-TECH.

✅ Just before the end of the year, we successfully installed 7 tanks at our customer’s site.
🧪 A test version was prepared earlier and proved to work very well, allowing a smooth final implementation.

🏭 The tanks expand the production line capabilities, enable parallel handling of multiple products, and ensure stable, repeatable continuous operation.
