With the European Pay Transparency Directive on the horizon (deadline: June 7, 2026), reward policies are increasingly coming under the spotlight.
But letโs make one thing clear: Total Reward has always been strategic. Itโs just that, in practice, it was too often treated confused with HR administration and payroll.
Today, organizations are forced to take a different approach.
Data transparency and consistency enable the use of reward policies as part of a truly strategic approach.

Sandra brings a strong background in HR leadership, combining both strategic insight and hands-on expertise. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in professionalizing HR departments, implementing HR strategies from international headquarters, and guiding organizations through complex transformations.
Her experience spans across payroll and HR operations, reward frameworks, social relations, and change management. Sandra has successfully led restructuring projects, introduced performance and learning platforms, and strengthened collaboration with employee representatives and unions.

The rules regarding night work are being made more flexible.
Especially in e-commerce, the definition is shifting to 11 p.m. โ 6 a.m. At the same time, premiums will remain in place, but according to this new interpretation.
