In a continuous Galvalume coating line, the sink roll inside the coating pot plays a critical role in guiding the steel strip and maintaining coating quality. Sometimes the sink roll does not rotate properly during operation, which causes coating defects and line instability. This problem is influenced by several factors such as sink roll pickup, dross jamming, bearing condition, strip tension, bath temperature, misalignment, and blockage of holes in hole-type sink rolls. Understanding the probability distribution of these causes helps operators to identify the root cause quickly and take corrective action.

👉 molten metal-এর ভিতরে O₂ কমে যায়
