How to Give People Access in Business Portfolio (Meta Business Manager)

Today we will learn how to give People Access to someone in your Business Portfolio.

Step 1 — Go to Business Portfolio

First, log in to your Business Portfolio / Business Manager.
From the menu, click on the People option.

Step 2 — Click “Invite People”

On the top-right side, you will see the “Invite People” button.
Click on it.

Step 3 — Enter Email Address

Type the email address of the person you want to give access to.
Press Enter to add the email, then click Next.

Step 4 — Choose Access Type

Now you will see two options:

Full Access – Complete control of the business assets
Partial Access – Limited access

Choose the access level you want to give and click Next.

Step 5 — Select Business Assets

Now choose which assets this person can access:

Select the Ad Account
Select the page

After selecting the required assets, click Next.

Step 6 — Send Invitation

Click Send Invitation.

Step 7 — Accept Invitation

The invited person will receive an email notification.
Once they accept the invitation, they will become a team member/partner in your Business Portfolio.

Correct Facebook Ads Process (When You Don’t Have Your Own Card)

If you don’t have your own bank card or payment method, you can still run ads legally using someone else’s Ad Account. However, this must be done properly through Business Manager by giving the correct permissions.

Step 1 — Create a Business Manager

First, you should have your own Meta Business Manager.
Your page must be added to this Business Manager.

Step 2 — Add a Trusted Person / Agency

You need to add the person who has a bank card and an active Ad Account to your Business Manager.

You can give them one of the following roles:

Partner
or
Employee/Admin (if they are part of your team)
Step 3 — Give Page Access

Next, you must assign your page to them.

Path:
Business Settings → Accounts → Pages → Assign People/Partner

After this, they will be able to use your Page from their Ads Manager.

Step 4 — Connect the Page to Their Ad Account

Now they will connect your Page to their Ad Account and create ads.

Path:
Ads Manager → Create Ad → Select Your Page

This is the official and approved method by Meta.

Step 5 — Payment Responsibility

Even though the ads run from their Ad Account:

Facebook will charge their Ad Account payment method
But you must pay the advertising cost to them (based on your personal agreement)

4 Steps to Start an Online Business

What is Facebook Ads? How does it work?

Today, we will understand what Facebook Ads is and how it works.

When you search for business.facebook.com, you will usually see two possible options:

🔹 1) If you are already logged in to your account/page:
You will be taken directly to Meta Business Suite.
From the dashboard, you’ll be able to access different tools, including Ads Manager, where you can manage and run your ads easily.

🔹 2) If you are not logged in or don’t have a page yet:
You will be prompted to create a new page or account. In that case:

Enter your Page Name
Provide your Email Address
Click on “OK” or “Create”

Once you complete these steps, your page will be created, and you will automatically be redirected to Meta Business Suite.

🔹 From there, you will find Ads Manager, which you can use to create, manage, and run your advertisements.
