Position: Compliance Officer / Sr. Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit Management - Handle all types of compliance audits including Social, Technical, Fire & Safety, Building & Electrical Safety, BSCI, Sedex, WRAP, Environment, Oeko-Tex, C-TPAT, RSC, GRS, RCS, RAF, FSC, and other certifications.

2. Monitoring & Risk Assessment - Regularly monitor compliance, safety, and security issues; identify workplace hazards; and prepare risk assessments.

3. Implementation & Support - Assist in applying legal requirements, buyer standards, and company Code of Conduct across operations.

4. Audit Preparation - Prepare the factory for buyer inspections and external audits; support internal compliance audits.

5. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain compliance records, registers, training logs, meeting minutes, and other required documentation.

6. General Compliance Oversight - Ensure continuous monitoring of overall compliance across the factory premises and perform management-assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in any discipline,

2. 3-5 years of compliance experience,

3. Knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws, ISO standards, HIGG, RSC, environmental laws, Scope certifications and customer Codes of Conduct,

4. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and MS Office; strong Bangla typing skills
