OFFICIAL NOTICE | OWNERSHIP TRANSFER

This is to formally announce that 4K★For K Production House
(Media Production & Broadcasting Company) has been lawfully transferred through sale in accordance with the applicable laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

All ownership rights, operational control, assets, licenses, documents, and associated interests of 4K★For K Production House have been duly transferred from the former owner and Chairman, Furqan Afrad, to the present owner, RBA Foundation.

Effective from the date stated below, RBA Foundation is hereby recognized as the sole, lawful, and absolute owner of 4K★For K Production House, with full authority to manage, operate, and represent the company in all official, legal, and commercial matters.
This notice is issued for public record and official reference.
