Does today feel like a Deja Vu to you? Does it bring up certain memories or emotions or fears and uncertainties you felt last year or perhaps many years ago? Does it trigger feelings that overwhelm or are hard to decipher?
It is alright to feel what you feel. Just make sure you acknowledge what ever you are going through. Find someone to talk about it. That someone could be a professional or a stranger or a relative or a friend. Anyone you can open up to. Or simply start pouring your feelings and thoughts in a journal. That helps too.
It will take courage, it will take a lot of discomfort but do not allow it to build up to a breaking point.
