Now we need an app where someone reports an incident and everyone around that incident location will get an alert. Suppose, at 2am someone reports that they are under attack(like robbery) and people around that location get an alert with the location and they navigate there using Google map and defeate those robbers. How amazing it will be.

Someone please develop this app as early as possible. I can help to generate ideas for developing this app if any app developers come forward. In future it will also help our police to prevent crime.

There is an app named Citizen, already used in NYC. Video attached.
