Constitutional RULES:

Advance money is not required before the TUITION. 400tk for MEMBERSHIP which is payable only after receiving the 1st month’s salary of a tuition and only ONCE. Service charges are taken after getting salary from the tuition. Service charge is 50% of the only 1st month's salary at end of the month along with 400tk membership fee which is applicable only for the 1st tuition.
