RECIPE :
Cheese
Flour
Potato
Salt
Oil
Oyster sauce
Sliced Corriander Leaf
TECHNIQUES :
• boil the potato & smash , mix the sauce , salt & leaf
• make the cover for the roll with smashed cheese & flour mix , make the dough : sheet for thin or thick and shape square
• heat the oil for frying , place the mix on the sheet & roll , tilt the fold
• fry in 70°C - 120°C mdn
• eat with hot coffee
