GDID Hub reimagines the conventional office as an energetic, collaborative environment where creativity, experimentation, and conversation can thrive. Informal seating clusters, adaptable workstations, and fluid zones replace rigid cubicles—allowing the workplace to shift naturally between focused work, group discussions, and casual engagement.

Developed by Green Delta Insurance Company Limited, the hub sits in Banani and is designed within a compact 1,408 sq. ft. footprint. Despite its scale, the space creates an open and vibrant atmosphere that reflects the mindset of emerging startups and Gen Z entrepreneurs.

More than just an office, GDID Hub acts as a creative platform for startup culture—a place where young professionals can collaborate, exchange ideas, and build the future together.
