5. Land Purchase/Rental deed agreement of Project. (The value of land must be match with the land registration documents)
6. List of Directors with Nationality & Address
7. According to the industry policy, 2015 NOC from concern Ministry/Directorate/Department for the controlled sector to be submitted
8. Other Necessary documents (please attach if any)
9. Attachment of Company’s Comments as per BIDA Requirement

Office Address, Factory Address, Project status, Investment Details (If project cost above 100 million: Must attach a project profile), Annual production capacity details, Date of commercial operation, Sales (in 100%), Manpower of the organization, Machinery list to be local, Machinery List to be Imported, Form-XII, Submission Fees, Government Fees (With VAT)
