Job Responsibilities:
✅ Handle outbound calls to USA 🇺🇸
✅ Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
✅ Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
✅ Manage data using CRM tools

Employment Status:
📌 Freshers can apply
📌 Full-time (9 Hours, including 1-hour break)
Night Shift - 8 PM to 5 AM
📌 Shift: Monday To Friday
📌 Night Shift
📌 Saturday And Sunday Off

Qualifications:
🎓 Undergraduate students, diploma holders, and graduates (Freshers can apply)
🖥️ Must be computer literate
📄 Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
💬 Strong communication skills in English( only speaking )
🤝 Good social skills, punctual, and honest

Salary & Benefits:
💵 Salary: BDT 70 to 130 Taka Per Hour ( 13000 to 35000 )
+ Dinner Allowance (BDT 2000)+ Transportation Allowance ( BDT 1000 )
📈 Probation Period: Non
📊 Half Yearly Performance Review
🎯 No Sales Target For Freshers
