Job Context

A UAE Based Lubricant company is one of the leading in Bangladesh is looking for Area Sales Manager) who is committed, strategist, proactive and competitive for RBSL business operation and growth. The potential incumbent will able to build a strong sales/ marketing network and manage overall sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Promoting the Company's product (Lubricant) to the market and ensuring the sales team meets their targets/ goals.
• Formulating marketing plan, market research for effective implementation to achieve goals and hit sales targets by successful managing the sales team.
• Emphasizing on sales & previous due collections and driven the marketing team accordingly.
• Maintain strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirement efficiently.
• Identify potential market opportunities across the country and find the key dealers and expanded business according company's business plan.
• Build strategic relationships with related key industry players, agencies and vendors.
• Measure and report on the performance of sales representative (SR) and assess against their targets/goals.
• Prepare all sorts of contents which are needed to execute marketing plan. Collect and research relevant company's marketing policies/ procedures as per management requirements.
• Consistently generates new ideas strategies, technologies, practices etc that are being followed and becoming trends across the relevant industries.
• Prepared proposals and price quotations.
• Co-ordinate with sales team and logistic to ensure timely delivery item to the dealer point.
• Any other duties assign by the top management.

Educational Requirements

• MBA/ BBA in Marketing/ Masters in any discipline.
• Educational eligibility may be relaxed for relevant experience incumbent.

• Proven track record of driving sales and marketing team for any company and achieving desire target and goal.

Job Location: Dhaka, but needs to travel throughout the country for dealers point visit as when required.

Job Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. National Sales Manager responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful ex*****on of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets.
• For the businesses responsible for overall sales, dealer development, pricing, communication, market visit/planning, competitors offering analysis, market demand analysis.
• Lead and Hire an experienced Sales Team including Divisional Sales Managers, Area Sales Managers and TSO
• Work directly under Head of Development (Sales) and prepare sales reports and analysis reports for senior management.
• Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its nationwide territories.
• Visit dealers and retail points countrywide in company owned vehicles and report to senior management for every market visit.
