কথা দিয়ে Patient কে Comfortable feel করাতে না পারলে মানুষের Doctor এর chair এ বসা উচিৎ না। It’s time for doctors to be trained in showing empathy and understanding when dealing with patients. Ik medical education tends to focus more on clinical skills and knowledge, but the human side of medicine is just as important. Doctors should learn how to communicate in ways that build trust and help patients feel safe enough to share their concerns openly.
