CABIN CREW

To be a part of our winning team, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Education:
Minimum HSC or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00/5.00 in SSC & HSC or Equivalent. No Third division or equivalent result in any examination
will be accepted
For ‘O’ Level- Min 05 subjects with average grade ‘D’ and A Level-Min 02 subjects with average Grade ‘D’. GED is not acceptable.
For Diploma Degree Min CGPA 2.80/4.00 is required. Candidates with a Graduation Degree are encouraged to apply.

•Height:
Male- 176.5 CM or 5’-8” (Minimum)
Female- 161 CM or 5’-3” (Minimum); Arm reach min 212 CM while standing on tip-toes

•Weight:
Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).

•Age:
Fresh Candidate- 21 to 25 years as on 05 November 2022.
Experienced Candidate- Max 32 years. No affidavit will be accepted.

•Eyesight:
6/6. No spectacle will be accepted

•Swimming:
Candidates having swimming skill will be given preference. Finally selected candidates must learn to swim during initial training period.

•Language Skill:
Fluent in both Bengali & English (both written & spoken)

•Medical Fitness:
Good physical health and medically fit to meet Cabin Crew requirements

•Physical Appearance:
Strong, Upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the body

•Attitude & Bearing:
Should be positive and impressive

•Residency Requirement
Must relocate to Uttara Model Town (Sector-01 to 14)

•Marital Status: Must be Unmarried

Additional Requirements:

•For experienced Cabin Crew: 2-3years experience as cabin crew in Boeing, Dash 8 & ATR Fleet is preferable
Job Description
•Attending pre-flight briefings
•Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats
•Ensuring that all emergency equipment is in working order prior to take off and explaining, and demonstrating safety procedures and equipment to passengers
•Ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away
•Checking that all passenger seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take off
•Clearing and collecting the meal trays from passengers
•Distributing landing cards and other documentation where necessary
•Administering first aid
•Dealing with emergencies
