👉 Important Update for Liwu Customers – Effective from May 5th, 2026 👈
We’ve updated some policies to keep our service smooth, organized, and easy for everyone. Please read the details below carefully.
📦 Pickup & Order Policy:
1️⃣ Product Pickup Time
Please collect your order within 7 days after it arrives in Bangladesh.
2️⃣ Late Pickup Fee
A charge of 100 BDT per day will apply from the 8th day if the order is not collected on time.
3️⃣ Unclaimed Orders
🔸 Orders must be collected within 20 days of arrival.
🔸 After 20 days, Liwu will not be responsible for any damage or condition of unclaimed products.
4️⃣ Dropshipping Orders
✅ The shared Excel sheet must be updated properly.
✅ Please include:
▪️ Product photo for each item
▪️ Tracking number for every shipment
5️⃣ Internal Orders ( within any country)
📌 A 10% service charge will apply for deliveries within the same country (such as USA to USA or UK to UK).
6️⃣ Advance Payment Policy
💸 If less than 80% advance is paid, an extra 10% charge will be added to the remaining balance at delivery.
