PNC Soft Tech is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the roles of MERN Stack Developer and Flutter Developer. Both positions are part-time and remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on innovative projects.
𧨠𧨠đ§¨MERN Stack Developer Position
đ§¨Vacancies: 02
đ§¨Employment Type: Remote, Part-Time
đ§¨Compensation: BDT 8,000 - 18,000/month, depending on performance points
đ§¨Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience with the MERN stack and NextJS.
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field, either at least âAppearedâ.
Demonstrable experience with React Redux State Management and Context APIs.
Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
Experience with AWS, Flutter, and React Native development is considered a plus.
At least two fully functional projects for review.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing ready-made admin templates for project development.
Committing an average of 4-5 hours daily.
Proficiency in NextJS and TypeScript is required.
𧨠𧨠đ§¨Flutter Developer Position

𧨠𧨠đ§¨Employment Type: Remote, Part-Time
Compensation: BDT 8,000 - 15,000/month, depending on performance points
𧨠𧨠đ§¨Requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field, either at least âAppearedâ.
At least one year of experience in Flutter development.
Proficiency in state management tools such as GetX, Provider, and Bloc.
Experience with social login integration and payment method integration (Stripe preferred).
Strong skills in converting Figma designs to Flutter with animations.
Ability to work under pressure and showcase at least one full project and at least ten pages of UI/UX design.
Experience with Flutter Channel, and a basic understanding of Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective C.
IoT experience is highly desirable.
Excellent collaboration skills with backend developers and strong problem-solving abilities.

Integration of third-party APIs with authorization.
Committing an average of 4-5 hours daily.
Development for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
