থাই চিলি চিকেন ঃ

যা যা লাগবেঃ

মুরগির মাংস - ১টি মুরগি,
সাদা গোলমরিচ- কোয়ার্টার চা চামচ,
ডিম- ১ টি
গাজর- ১টি
ক্যাপ্সিকাপ-১/২ টি

[ গাজর, ক্যাপসিকাম জুলিয়ান কাট হবে]
কোয়া ছাড়ানো পিয়াজ- ১ কাপ
আদা বাটা,রসুন বাটা-১/২ চা চামচ করে
সয়া সস/ অয়েস্টার সস- ১ চা চামচ করে
টমাটো সস- পছন্দ মতো
তেল- ১/২ কাপ
কর্ণফ্লাওয়ার/পানি- পরিমানমতো
কাঁচামরিচ ফালি- ৩/৪ টি,
শুকনামরিচ ফালি- ২টি

যেভাবে করতে হবে ঃ

মুরগি ডিম বাটা মসলা দিয়ে মেখে ৩০মি, রাখতে হবে।
তারপর তেলে ভাজতে হবে। তারপর ভাজা মুরগি তুলে রাখতে হবে।এরপর একই তেলে গাজর,পিয়াজ,ভাজা হলে মুরগি দিয়ে দিতে হবে।সসগুলি দিয়ে তারপর পানিতে গোলানো cornflour,মরিচ দিয়ে দিয়ে নামাতে হবে ।
