Wanted Quantity Surveyor

Atilla Group, it provides services in the fields of design, construction contracting, steel structure manufacturing, prefabricated housing, construction buildings manufacturing as well as manufacturing and application of facade materials and accessories.

Atilla Group operates through its offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries.

We are looking for Quantity Surveyor for our projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture,
• Minimum 10 years overall experience, 5 years of experience in quantity surveying field,
• Good command od Ms Office applications and proficiency in AutoCad,
• Knowledge and experience on quantity surveying of mechanical and electrical disciplines,
• Fluent in English both written and spoken,
• Experience in Bosnia is an asset,
• Good in reporting,
• Having very good organization and communications skills,
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• Dynamic team player with a systematic work discipline,
• Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures,
• Located in or willing to relocate in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Services required are;
• BOQ preparation and Rate analysis of Civil work in Building Construction
• New unit price preparation and follow-up through agreement with engineer,
• Interim Payment Certificate preparation and getting approval,
• Quantity surveying and follow-up through agreement with engineer,
• Control and approval of subcontractor invoices,
• Quantity surveying and pricing for Variation Orders,
• Undertake any other tasks as required.
