The response to Madness Afloat was beyond our expectations, we received tons of positive feedback from players, developers, publishers and investors alike. Many highlighted our art direction, UX design, and unique game design, your words mean the world and fuel our drive to make the game even better.

This year’s event in Istanbul brought together more than 1,200 industry professionals from over 65 countries, setting the stage for an unforgettable gathering of developers, publishers, investors, and partners. Networking was at an all-time high, with a new record of 3,400 meetings and more than 100 speakers sharing insights across three dynamic stages.

A huge thank you to the Mobidictum team for organizing such a fantastic event, and kudos to everyone we met, chatted with, and played our demo with, your energy and insights made all the difference.

Böyük qürur hissi ilə bildirmək istəyirik ki, "Dynamic Box" rəsmi olaraq İnnovasiya və Rəqəmsal İnkişaf Agentliyinin nəzdində texnopark rezidentlik alan ilk oyun studiyası oldu. Bu nailiyyət, oyunçular üçün unudulmaz təcrübələr yaratmaq və Azərbaycanda oyun sənayesinin davamlı inkişafını təmin etmək missiyamızda mühüm bir addımdır.

We are seeking a Unity Developer to join our team. You will contribute to the development of our Projects/Games, utilizing your skills in Unity to build engaging and immersive experiences. We are open to candidates with varying levels of experience, from those with a strong foundation in Unity to seasoned veterans.

Responsibilities:
- Develop Game Features: Implement gameplay mechanics, UI elements, and other interactive features.
- Technical Implementation: Translate design specifications into functional code within the Unity engine.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive final product.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth performance and optimal user experience.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Contribute to the optimization of game performance across target platforms.
- Learning & Growth: Continually learn and stay updated on the latest Unity features and industry trends.
- Deployment Support: Assist with the deployment of projects to various platforms.

Qualifications:
Unity Experience:
- Junior: 1-2 years of professional Unity development experience or equivalent personal projects.
- Mid-Level: 3-4 years of professional Unity development experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of game development principles.
- Senior: 5+ years of professional Unity development experience, with a portfolio showcasing strong technical skills and expertise in Unity.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C # scripting
Familiarity with Unity's UI system (UGUI)
Understanding of 3D math and physics concepts (depending on experience level)
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with asset optimization and performance profiling (depending on experience level)
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for game development and a desire to create exceptional experiences.
- Gamer: We are looking for people who actually play games and are passionate about them.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shader Graph or other shader creation tools
- Familiarity with network programming and multiplayer development
- Knowledge of animation systems and tools
- Experience with AR/VR development
- Familiarity with a variety of game genres and platforms
