We are happy to announce the UNEC Model UN New Year Conference! This special conference of UNEC MUN Club, with the support of Model UN Azerbaijan and UNEC Career Center will take place on 21-22th of December, 2019

We are going to cover 1 following committee that, traditionally, is related to the global economy and economic development:

- the World Bank Group with the topic of "Supporting financial inclusion and digital economy"

Participation fee - 7 AZN (includes coffee breaks, conference materials and certificates)

Venue: Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC), main building

UNEC Model United Nations Club is seeking for its Vice-President !

Dear student, if you are interested in organisational activity closed to political and economical affairs and want to improve your leadership skills, our Club will be pleased to see you in our team.

Who are we?

MUN is an international experience aimed at the development of young people interested in diplomacy, international relations, economics, and other areas. MUN clubs conduct their activities in such leading universities of the world like Harvard, Sorbonne, and Oxford around the world.

Created in 2015, UNEC MUN is one of the official clubs of Azerbaijan Model United Nations Movement, which is supported by UNDP Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Ministry of the Youth and Sports. Despite of the University's annual MUN conferences, we also actively take part in Azerbaijan MUN Movement conferences, such us MilliMUN and MUN Summer School.

Benefits:

• meet interesting people, and also get acquainted with the UN structure and the activities of its agencies

Responsibility:
• to attend the Club's membership recruitment and pre-conference interview
• to help in managing the Club structure
• to be able to participate to annual conferences

Qualifications:
• to be a student of 1-3 year at the Main Building of UNEC
• to have upper-intermediate level of English
• Basic knowledge on politics and global economy
• t have some experience in events organizing (within University or out)
• to be motivated and passionate about the work you do
