Over the past few months, something beautiful has been growing in my therapy room.

It started with one child.

Then another.

And another.

Together, we’ve been drawing trees, talking about storms, discovering strengths, and meeting some very special helpers called the Brain Builders.

Supporting children and young people isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating a space where they feel safe, understood, and accepted exactly as they are.

Watching a young person grow in confidence, find their voice, and begin to believe in themselves is one of the greatest privileges of my work.
